One of my favourite places in the city! It's warm and cozy and they offer such a wonderful range of sustainable products. The staff are lovely and eager to share ways to live a more sustainable life in the most approachable, non-judgmental way. We're lucky to have the Pale Blue Dot in Hamilton.

The Pale Blue Dot is so darling - you can tell a lot of time and care has been put into selecting the items in the shop, whether it's a modern eco-friendly product, or a cool vintage piece from the Cave (aka the basement). I had a great time talking to one of the girls in the shop! She was very friendly, informative, and genuine. I picked up some eco-friendly/bamboo products - a toothbrush, to-go utensils - and a really nice deodorant sampler. There are a lot of really cool products in the shop - re-fillable glass bottles for soap, shampoo, etc.; reusable wrap for lunches/bowls/leftovers that are made of beeswax and cotton, etc. All in all, The Pale Blue Dot is a great new spot to check out in Hamilton. I'll definitely be back! :D

Awesome customer service!! I drove from Kitchener to look at a few pieces - they measured them for me before I even drove there so I could see if they would fit in my car. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about their chalk paint and gave me a really great price on the items I purchased. I even had the opportunity to learn where my bought items came from and their history which added to the enjoyment of my purchase. Their shop is full of wonderful and unique items - some antique and some new - but a treasure trove of things to explore. Thank you Pale Blue Dot for an amazing experience in what true customer service should look and feel like!
